Frank Castle (Ray Stevenson) is a former FBI agent who was disappointed with this firm after the Frank family slain. Frank, who was officially declared dead and then seeks revenge by becoming The Punisher.
One time, Frank beat the all-out Billy Russoti (Dominic West), a mafia boss. Billy who was seriously injured and was determined to get revenge on Frank or The Punsiher. Billy then develop strengths and calling himself Jigsaw.
This time Frank had to act fast before Jigsaw makes the damage worse. Unfortunately, Frank's business is not so easy because the FBI hunt for The Punisher also considered working outside the law
