Initially, Tony is wounded by a blast saved by the terrorists who end up captivating Tony for the purpose of making a weapon called the Jericho missile. Inside this captive, Tony is wounded rescued by Yinsen (Shaun Toub) who made an instrument to withstand shrapnel in the body of Tony.
Tony Stark initially refused the demands of the terrorists, but after a punishment of the terrorists, Tony agrees even though he had his own plans. With the help of Yinsen, Tony makes a harness that comes with some weapons and rockets. The plan, Tony would wear armor to free himself from Yinsen and terrorists.
